Technology isn’t my first career. I studied music education before embarking into IT. That training gave me insight into how a person thinks and learns. When I transfer knowledge to a client or rather, teach them how to do something in tech, I know that some people are linear and others make quantum leaps in understanding. It’s all about playing to the audience.

I strongly believe that providing good value and reasonable pricing sets me apart from the competition. I am humbled by the support I receive in return from my clients in the way that they remark upon my service. Magician, guru and tech wizard are some of the descriptions used, so to me, to have such a positive impact on so many people is remarkable. I really love what I do.
